Online Auction Terms and Conditions

Lil Dusty Online conducts auctions via online webcast and live bidding, subject to the following terms and conditions. The terms and conditions may be changed and updated at any time via our online auction website. It is our customers’ responsibility to stay up to date on our terms and conditions. The laws of the State of Michigan shall govern these provisions.

You can browse the Website at any time without registering. To use the Services, You are required to register as a member by completing the online “User Registration Form” on the Website and submitting it to us by clicking on the “Register” link. You should only register if you qualify for membership. All customers of these auction services must be at least 18 years old. Registration and use of the facility to bid for items via the Website is free.

Once a bid is placed you are agreeing to all terms and conditions set forth here. Your bid is considered a legally binding contract with LDO. Once a bid is placed, it cannot be canceled or retracted.

There is a 10% buyers premium charged on all purchases.

All items have a minimum bid of $2.00.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must notify us of any unauthorized use of your username and password. LDO is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of this information.

All items are sold in ‘as is’, ‘where is’ conditions. Some items are available for inspection during our normal business hours. While all items are described as accurately as possible, you are urged to inspect items before removal from auction house. Items must be checked for damage, missing or broken parts at the time of pickup. Decisions to offer refunds for the above reasons are at the discretion of LD. LD is not responsible for costs incurred in the return of an item. All refunds are forfeited after 14 days of the auction date.

We will ship any items that can be reasonably shipped. You (the buyer) are responsible for any shipping and handling costs. We reserve the right to contract shipping to a packaging company if the item is more suitably shipped through that channel. You will be notified of the shipping costs and method of shipping, prior to shipment. Shipping costs must be paid before item leaves LD. If you choose shipping you must notify LD by 2:00pm the Saturday following the end of auction.

Pick up times are posted in each auction and on the main page.

Thursdays are seller drop off days only (9am-2pm).

Items won MUST be removed by 12:00 noon of the Wednesday following the end of auction.

Items not removed by the posted times may result in a storage fee charged.

Storage charges will be added weekly as followed; 20% of the invoice(s) total, or $5.00, per week, whichever is greater.

All bidders will be subject to 6% local sales tax unless you provide our office with the documentation we require for exemption, unless stated differently in the auction terms.

Payments: LD accepts cash, check, and money orders, Visa, and MasterCard. Checks issued from out of state banks will be subject to a 10-day holding period. Checks written with non-sufficient funds will be charged an additional $35.00 fee.

Five to Ten items will end each minute until all items are closed. New bids placed within 5 minutes of the ending auction time will extend that item’s time by 5 minutes with every bid placed to make the bidding process fair for all buyers.
